Mary Elizabeth Tippetts, wife of Wilbur May Tippetts, passed on May 31, 6 days before her 91st birthday.
She is survived by Mary Kay and Val Pope (daughter and son-in-law), Daniel Craig Tippetts (son), Kim Wilbur and Robyn Tippetts (son and daughter-in-law), 13 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Wilbur.
She spent over 70 years in the banking world helping her customers who became her "second family." She was the Treasurer of the Mt. Tabby Improvement Group for over 50 years. She had a green thumb, a love for all animals (especially cats and dogs—she will have many animal friends in heaven), loved to dance, and played the piano. She willingly helped any who were fortunate enough to come within the radiance of her life. She gave much to her family; the greatest gift being her unconditional love and support.
We mourn her passing, but we celebrate her life.
A viewing will be held Thursday, June 7, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. at Larkin Mortuary (260 E. South Temple, SLC, UT). Graveside services to follow viewing at 1:30 p.m. at Evergreen Cemetery (1997 S. 400 E., Springville, UT).
