Evelyn was a loving mother who enjoyed gardening, spending time with her grandchildren, animals (especially dogs), and watching the University of Utah Utes. She will be remembered for her witty sense of humor and all the sacrifices she lovingly made for her family. She held many church positions including Relief Society President, teacher, and chorister. She served faithfully, loved to sing, and had a fervent testimony. She was always optimistic, cheerful and friendly, even when faced with illness and adversity. She had tremendous compassion for others who were struggling.
