Our sweet Dylan passed away peacefully and unexpectedly on February 17, 2015, to return to the loving arms of his Heavenly Father and his Elder Brother, Jesus Christ.Dylan was born on July 9, 2009 to Steven Andrew and Rosanna Gurr Kerr in Murray, Utah. He is survived by his parents; siblings, Megan, Simon Peter and Rachel; grandparents, Nancy Esther (Ronald Karl) Englestead, and Brian Kendall and Myra Ann Froerer Gurr; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Charles Herman Kerr.
Dylan was a very smart, fun, happy, energetic little five year old who loved math and reading. He loved Mario and Luigi, playing the Wii with his brother and sisters, going to kindergarten, coloring pictures, building Legos, and his yellow blankie.
Dylan\s passing gave him the opportunity to improve the lives of three other people by donating his organs.Dylan is a precious boy who will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 11:00 AM in the Grandville Chapel, 11677 Grandville Avenue South Jordan, Utah. A visitation will be held Friday, February 20 from 6-8 PM at Larkin Mortuary-Riverton, 3688 West 12600 South Riverton and Saturday, from 9:30-10:30 prior to the service. Interment will be at Herriman City Cemetery.
