Patricia \"Trish\" A. Smith was born July 23, 1962 to Lillian E. Maxwell and James R. Smith in Peoria, Illinois. She passed away May 12, 2016 in Spanish Fork, Utah.
She is survived by her sister, Tina Perry and many friends.
Graveside services will be on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery, 1950 East Dimple Dell Rd. (10600 S.) Sandy. A visitation will be held in the mortuary 1 hour prior to the graveside service.
