William Leslie Thomas, age 80, passed away while on the job doing what he loved, June 26th, 2015.
He was born in Tucson Arizona to Eunice and Victor Thomas on June 14th, 1935. He married his
sweetheart Eleene Horsley on March 9th 1962 in the Salt Lake Temple.
Bill loved his grand kids, Bear Lake, boating, waterskiing, and spending time with family. He was a man of
few words but always let you know you were loved. He was the kind of man that would give you the
shirt off of his back. He would never turn you away if you needed help; and if you knew Bill, you knew
his love for telling great stories and he was always ready with a joke.
Bill served in the military and spent service time in Germany. Bill was an active member in the LDS
church and held many callings. He was a master carpenter and loved designing many unique and
beautiful things.
He is survived by his wife Eleene, daughters Melanie (Jason) Scott, Laurie (Maverick) Parsons, and sons
Mike (Kerri) Thomas and Layne (Liz) Thomas; 18 grandchildren and one great-grandson.
He is preceded in death by his parents Eunice and Victor Thomas and grandson Tegan Thomas.
Until we meet again ... Bah Hum Bug!!!
