Julie Ann Jensen, age 57, passed away on Monday June 25, 2018 at her home due to complications following her most recent surgery. Julie was born Sept. 9,1960 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Blaine and Joan Bullough. She graduated from Skyline high in 1979. Julie married her eternal companion, Jay Jensen on July 15, 1985. They were sealed in Salt Lake Temple two years later. She was a hardworking, devoted mother to their four children. Julie ran a daycare for 13 years out of their home and then went on to run her own retail business for 5 years. She continued working retail until two years ago when her health rendered her unable to work. Julie's greatest joy was her family and giving them everything.
She is survived by her husband, Jay, their four children, J.C., Jordan (Lauren), Jayme Stewart (Mark), Jentry Hedin (Adam), grandson Jack Stewart, mother Joan Bullough and six siblings: Debbie Haslam (Kim), Randy (Leslea), Wendy Burnett (Gary), Brett (Teri), Becky Hall, and Lisa Fox (Jesse). Julie was preceded in death by her father, Blaine Bullough. We want to thank all of the doctors, surgeons, and nurses who treated Julie throughout the years.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 2, 2018 at the Valley View 4th Ward, 2125 East Evergreen Avenue, Salt Lake City, UT. A visitation will be held Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 East Dimple Dell Road (10600 South), Sandy, UT and Monday morning from 9:30 ‚ 10:30 a.m. prior to the services at the church. Following the services, there will be a private graveside service.
