Kelly Ann Carman, age 35, passed away on June 30, 2014 in Salt Lake City. She is survived by her parents; Craig and Carol Carman, two brothers; Mark (Janalee) Carman and Scott (Rebecca) Carman and a sister; Kimberly Garrard, her grandfather; Vincent Rees MD and other family members.
Services will be held, Monday, July 7, 2014 at 12:00 Noon in the Monument Park 11th Ward Chapel, (1565 South Foothill Drive). The family will meet with friends from 10:30 to 11:45 AM prior to services at the church. Interment will be in the Larkin Sunset Lawn Cemetery. Condolences can be shared with Kelly's family at www.
