Born May 20, 1920 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Florence Haslam and B. Martin Strom. She was the oldest of three daughters.
She graduated from South High School. She married Melvyn Rushton Moss July 27, 1940. Solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple 1942. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She was employed at The Paris Co. department store for many years. She enjoyed oil painting, wildflowers and bird watching. The best times of her life were spent at the cabin at Soapstone with family and friends.
Loving mother of M. Robert Moss (Nancy) College Station, Texas, and Nancy Moss Summers (David) Highland, Utah. Adored grandmother of LoriAnne Spear, Kristina Christensen, Robert Moss, Melinda Risenmay, Danny Summers, Mary LeeSchoenfeld, and 15 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mel and daughter Mary Moss Joos (Melvin Blaine Joos) and 2 sisters Betty Blunk and Darlene Brand.

Friends and family are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Saturday, July 27, 2013, at 11:00, at Larkin Mortuary, 260 E So. Temple in Salt Lake City. Viewing will be prior to the funeral from 10:00 to 10:45 am at the mortuary. Burial will be at the Salt Lake City Cemetery.
