Brent Hoffman, age 48, passed away suddenly on June 26, 2020. Brent was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Brent did everything with his family in mind; from coaching his kids sports teams to working multiple jobs while attending school. He loved watching sports and taking vacations with his kids and grandson with the Disney parks being a family favorite destination. He frequented Utah Jazz basketball games and had the opportunity to watch the Boston Red Sox play at Fenway Park two years ago for the first time with his family. His love for all things comic book related was also apparent as he was always staying up to date with all things Marvel Cinematic Universe, and Superman related.

Brent was determined in everything he did and earned his master’s degree in business management in 2009. However, that same year he had a tragic accident that left him with a traumatic brain Injury that changed his life forever. Even with all of that, Brent was determined to make the best life possible for his family and often worked 80 hours a week to try and make ends meet.

He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend. Brent is survived by his spouse Carisa Hoffman, children: Whitney Keogh, Karl Hoffman, Aubrie Hoffman, Bailee Hoffman, Savanna Hoffman, grandson: Joshua Gibbs, father: Robert Hoffman, mother: Lynnette Hoffman, father-in-law: Garry Lancaster, mother-in-law: Jane Lancaster, siblings: Steven Hoffman (Julie), Kevin Hoffman (Candace), Lori Broussard (Don), Craig Hoffman, Brandon Hoffman (Brandi) and sister in-laws: Rochelle Lee, Amber Henderson (Mark), Amy Serviss (Rodney), Heather Burrows (Tom), Cami Rowley, and brother in-laws: Daniel Lancaster (Stephanie), Kevin Lancaster (Jessica).

He is preceded in death by his grandparents Irene and Harry Grass, Clifford and LauMar Hoffman, and Robert and Betty Smith.

Brent's celebration of life service will be held Thursday July 2, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Larkin Mortuary, 3688 W. 12600 S., Riverton, UT. There will be a visitation from 11:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m. before the service.

Interment at Redwood Memorial Cemetery.
