Born Dec. 14, 1948 to Robert W. and Wanda Memmott Smith in San Bernardino, Calif. Died June 3, 2016 in Herriman, UT from A.L.S.
Survived by Sandra "Sandy" (Lynn) Kemp, Jann W. (Chris) Smith, Cherri (Mark) Fuller, and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his father Robert, mother Wanda and a sister Marveen.
Attended Jordan High School in Sandy, UT. Enjoyed art, travel, friends and family. Self-taught artist, he loved to draw and oil paint.
