Dolores L. Kofoed born August 23, 1934 ‚ passed away October 13, 2019
Kortney and Dolores were married July 30, 1954, they shared 65 years of marriage together.
Together they had four children Karen (Ken) Mason, Karole (Billy) Frashure, Keith Kofoed & Karlene (Brian) Mitchell.
Dad was a business owner in the constructions industry and owned Kofoed Construction Inc. with his son Keith. Mom was a computer programmer and retired from Hill Airforce Base. They built two homes together and on the second home in Bountiful it was a family affair with all but the youngest child Karlene putting down the sub floor and roof. When we moved into the home the whole family lived in the living room until dad got the bedrooms completed.
Family was the most important thing to our parents. We spent a lot of weekends going on rides in the canyons of Utah. We often would have breakfast in the canyon. We also shared many family vacation road trips to Jackson Hole, Yellowstone, Moab, Arches & Zion National parks and California. They were the best parents we children could have ever had.
We will love, love, love you both forever.
Left behind are their 4 children, 11 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 5 great great-grandchildren. Larry Leatham (Brother), Barbara Leatham (Sister-In-law) & Arnold (Hal) Kofoed (Brother) & Jackie Kofoed (Sister-in-law).
Preceded in death Harold Arnold Kofoed, Averna Ella Redford Kofoed, Frank Hendry Leatham, Thelma Pearl Medcraft Leatham & Dale Alexander Leatham (Brother) and Janette Hatch Leatham (Sister-In-Law).
