Rodney was born April 15th, 1974 to LeRoy Woolsey and Irene John Hall. He was the baby of 7 kids and was spoiled dearly.

He then married the love of his life his forever Best Friend Jodi on September 7th, 1991. They have 3 wonderfulchildren that they love unconditionally.

Rod was a Big Teddy Bear with a Big Heart. He loved the outdoors rather it be ice fishing, going shooting or just hanging out by the camp fire listening to his music and having a cold soda with whomever wanted to join him.

He was taught young to enjoy death defying rides in his dads army truck and continued the tradition with his own kids. If it looked like he shouldn't go up or down it, he would figure a way to do it anyways. He loved the excitement either being in a truck on his motorcycle or a four-wheeler.

He was a protector no matter the situation he would be the first person to step forward to defend anyone that he loved and cared about.

His pride and joy is his grandson Jaxon he loved him with all his heart they would sit together watching Transformers or Star Wars or he just let him jump up and down onhis lap for hours.

He learned to be an outstanding handyman from his father and to use duct tape and wire when no other method helped fix the problem. Rodney can now continue his new adventures with his first best friend, his Dad!

Rodney worked for Salt Lake County for almost 10 years. He enjoyed working in the Electrical or welding fields.
