Doris M. Gray, 96 passed away peacefully on November 9, 2018 in Salt Lake City, UT. Doris was born December 21, 1921 to Laverne Anderson and Charles Delos Gray in Lehi, UT.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many capacities, one of which was Ward Librarian for over 15 years. She was a member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers. Her favorite things to do included traveling with girlfriends and lunch out anytime with family and friends.
She was a career woman, working as a department buyer for ZCMI, and retired as a Loan Officer at Mt. America Credit Union.
Doris is survived by her niece, Charlene (Bill) Callahan, grandnephews, Tony Bean and Jonathan Bean, and great grand nephew Kyler Olshesky.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Fern Gray and Velma Gray (Clifford Henry) Kangas.
Services will be held Saturday, November 17, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Larkin Mortuary, 260 E. South Temple, SLC UT. Friends may call Friday from 6-8 pm, and Saturday from 12:30 ‚ 1:30 pm at Larkin Mortuary. Interment at Salt Lake City Cemetery. For condolences, please visit www.LarkinCares.com.
