William Neil Swan, 67, of Salt Lake City passed away Sunday 28 June, 2015. Born 13 January 1948 in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Howard A. Swan and Avie R. Brown, Neil will be remembered by all who knew him as a kind, gentle soul and loyal friend. He was employed at Henderson Wheel and Warehouse Supply for 27 years, 22 of which as the manager at the Ogden Store, with the remaining time spent in the Salt Lake Store. Neil loved driving and going to breakfast with friends. He also enjoyed football, fishing, and hunting. He is survived by a brother, Kenneth L. Swan, and was preceded in death by his father Howard A. Swan, mother Avie R. Brown, and sister Lynda Christensen.
Services will be held at noon on Thursday, 2 July, 2015 at Parleys Stake Center (1870 East Parleys Canyon Blvd). All are welcome to attend a viewing at 10:00 in the morning the same day and at the same location. He will be laid to rest in Holladay Memorial Park.
