Angela Marie Janversan

1982 ~ 2019

Angela Marie Janversan was born May 11, 1982 to Lisa Kaplan and the late Eric Trujillo. She left this earth and gained her wings on December 30, 2019 at the age of 37 due to complications of Diabetes and End Stage Renal Disease. She married Christopher Collins on June 22, 2001 later divorced. Married her forever soulmate, Holden Janversan May 8, 2010.

Angela was a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. She had an infectious smile and laugh and brought so much joy to everyone she encountered. Many people have commented about how helpful she was and glad to share her friendship with everyone. She is so loved by her children, family and her extended family on the Ortho Trauma Unit and Reams where she spent her working years. She was always willing to pick up and help anyone in need.

She is survived by her husband Holden, sons Dominic and Conner, loving niece Miley, parents Philip and Lisa Kaplan, sisters Erica Trujillo, Chelsea (Chase) Janversan and Jessica Starr, brother Austin Kaplan, stepmother Louann Starr, in-laws Hamid and Wendy Janversan, uncle Don (Karla) Huntsman, aunt Ilene Carleton, uncle Tim (Sherri) Trujillo, aunts Laura (Dan) Pollock and Jenny (Keith) Lang, and many loving cousins. Preceded in death by her father Eric Trujillo, grandparents James and Shirley Huntsman, grandparents Tony and Lucy Trujillo, uncles Mitch Huntsman and Adrian Trujillo.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at the Midvale Union Park 3rd Ward, 8060 South 615 East, Midvale, UT. A viewing will be held at the church on Friday evening from 6:00 ‚ 8:00 PM and Saturday morning from 9:30 ‚ 10:30 AM prior to the services.

The family would like to express a special thanks to the Medical Intensive Care Unit, the Acute Internal Medicine B unit, and the GIP for their excellent and compassionate care of Angela during her stay at the UniversityHealth Care Hospital. We would also like to express our love and appreciation to the staff members on both the Ortho Trauma Unit and the Surgical Specialty and Transplant Unit for all of their loving support for Angela and the family during and after her stay! Your kindness and care is greatly appreciated.

In lieu of flowers, you may donate to the funeral services and any funds leftover will be donated to the children.
