Nathan J. Anderson, beloved Father, son, brother, and friend passed away peacefully on Saturday morning (August 31, 2013) at his home in South Jordan.
Nathan was born on October 24, 1958 in Murray, Utah to Joseph and Deanna Anderson. A graduate of Hillcrest High, he worked for years at Albertsons before taking a medical retirement.
Eternally optimistic with a quick wit, Nathan was a dedicated son and brother, a great father and a lifelong friend. Even when his illness slowed him down, he continued to live his life on his terms- full of friends, family, and laughter. He will be missed.
Nathan is survived by his daughters Heather Anderson (West Jordan) and Chelsea (Will) Pulford (Vancouver Island, Canada) and a son Kevin Anderson (Murray). He is also survived by his parents and siblings, Renette Anderson (South Jordan), Kaylene (Dennis) Anderson (Evanston, Wyoming), and Joe T. Anderson (Gilbert, Arizona).
A celebration of his life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 5, 2013 at Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary, 1950 East 10600 South, Sandy. Friends may call on Wednesday from 6-8:00 p.m. and also one hour prior to services on Thursday, also held at Larkin Sunset Gardens. Interment to follow at Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery.
