Our precious and perfect baby Eden Claire Jacobs gained her body and returned to her heavenly home on December 27, 2015. We take great comfort in knowing that we have an angel in heaven and look forward to being reunited with her as a family someday. She is loved and missed by her parents Dereck and Adrienne Jacobs and her sweet siblings Kiara, Kate, Ava, and Jackson. Services will be held onDecember 31, 2015at the LDS chapel on 1617 East 12700 South in Draper, Utah with a viewing at10:00 a.m., chapel service at11:00 a.m., and graveside ceremony atnoonat Larkin Sunset Gardens 1950 East Dimple Dell Road in Sandy, Utah.
