James M. Bailey attended Granite High School. He was a loving, devoted family man. His family was everything to him. He worked for Bailey's drywall. Jim enjoyed anything outdoors, hikes, family drives as a child, fishing, baseball, and family trips to the family cabin. He will be deeply missed by family, friends, and all that knew him.
James is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Bailey. His children, Breanna, Brennon (Justina) , Cole Bailey. His eight siblings, Betsy Lund (Jim), Mary Pugh (Mark), Robert Bailey (Marion), Susan Summers, David Bailey (Kathy), Melinda Johnson (Kevin), Barbara Robinson (Mark), and Charles Bailey. And his five grandchildren, Hayden, Brooklyn, Remington, Jaxon, and Kennadie. He is preceded in death by his father, Claron D. Bailey.
Services will be held Monday, July 6, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. at Larkin Sunset Gardens. A viewing will be from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at Larkin Sunset Gardens - 1950 E. Dimple Dell Road, Sandy, Utah. Interment will also take place at Larkin Sunset Gardens.
We lived next door to the Bailey family in Riverton for 14+ years. I have many fond childhood memories growing up there with Jim, Lisa, Bre, BJ, and Cole. Jim will be greatly missed!! My sincere condolences to the family.
We were neighbors of Jim's while his children were growing up. He was always quick with a smile and kind.
So so sorry he will Definitely be missed.... He was a kind gentle and loving man. He had a tender spirit. he really was too good for this world. He loves his children with all his heart and his mother....... I’ll love you always and forever..ReNay
