Cathy Ann Cook Patrick passed away on June 29, 2019 at her home in Sandy, UT. She was born on December 27, 1947 to Jack and Betty Vincent Cook in Salt Lake City, UT. She married Craig Vernon Patrick on April 4, 1973 in the Salt Lake Temple. Together they had 3 sons.
Cathy's greatest joy was spending time with her family. She adored and cherished her grandchildren Jack, Luke, Carly, Cole, Sean and Dylan. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and was always willing to serve. Cathy had an eye for interior design and made every space beautiful. She had a big heart and always showed love and kindness to others. She will be dearly missed by all that knew her.
She is survived by her husband Craig, sons Ben Patrick (Jennie Patrick), Courtney Patrick (Jacey Patrick), and Cameron Patrick (William Wulf), and her 6 grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents.
