Kristi Anne Burke Wilson

1973 ~ 2016

Kristi Anne Burke Wilson, 42 years young, was born and raised in Salt Lake City, UT. Died on Tuesday April 5th, 2016. Kristi survived by her daughter Sophia and son Kai, mother Peggy and father Easton, two sisters Angela and Tracey, her brother Robert, Grandpa Bob, and three cats Happy, Ranger and Bridgette.

Kristi had a unique sense of humor that may not have always been understood but was always appreciated. She was a big mama bear and never took any crap from anybody, very independent and did everything her way. She took a lot of pride in looking her best at all times. Life for Kristi was about the experience. She believed no matter how you got there, or the consequences of it, an experience is always an experience- as long as you got there.

She had a love of the paranormal, magic, tarot cards, numerology, astrology, Art Bell talk radio, and found beauty in being unique. She lit up a room wherever she went, and all the men flocked to her. People just couldn\t help but be taken away by her beautiful sprit. She loved music and was very proud of her taste in music, you were always guaranteed a good time when she was the DJ. She loved animals and never turned one down, she has a special love for cats and owned countless in her day.

She had many partners in crime, and everybody that knows her shares many special, crazy, fun, secret experiences and adventures that were unique to their relationship with her. If you opened your eyes during prayer, she would always call it out immediately after the prayer was done.

She is a true Gemini. We all felt like we never knew her, but we understood it in some weird way. She hated cooking, cleaning, and sports, and would watch Absolutely Fabulous Marathon instead of Super Bowl. She was the coolest person she knew.

To honor her, post on somebody\s Facebook page, \"I Drink My Own Urine,\" it was her best joke and never got old. Join us for a celebration of her life and beauty on Monday, April 11th at 12:00 - 2:00 PM at The Chateau at Le Jardin across the parking lot from Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary, 1950 E. Dimple Dell Rd. (10600 S) in Sandy. Keep celebrating her life by going to a rave, visiting Las Vegas, or getting lost at Disneyland.
