Candace was born on May 7, 1946 to Neva Stone Gwynn and Thomas Palmer Gwynn. She married Michael Dean Seedall on June 17, 1968 and was later sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on September 3, 1988. They have two children: Nicholas (Hailey) and Erika (Paul) Engberson. She is the grandmother to four grandsons: Morgan and Elliott Engberson and Sampson and Atticus Seedall.
Candace was a devout member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and held many callings including Relief Society President as well as attending the temple every week.
She had a successful career as a stockbroker in San Francisco and Salt Lake City for twenty years.
She had a passion for entertaining and a love for cooking. Reading was a central part of her life and spent many hours discussing books with her friends at bookclub. She also dedicated every morning to exercising at the Jewish Community Center. Above all her greatest accomplishment was her family and her devotion to her husband.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 18, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Emigration 4th Ward, 589 East 18th Avenue. Friends and family may visit Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, and one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the Ward.
