Our beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle and dear friend, Paul T Kavros, 66, passed away in Salt Lake City, Utah on Friday March 20, 2015 surrounded by his family and close friends.
Paul was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on June 29, 1948 to Tony and Wilma White Kavros. His father Tony was a well recognized barber in downtown Salt Lake City. As Paul grew older he quickly followed his father's footstep and became a barber himself. He enjoyed going to football games, traveling the road, going to concerts and he loved movies. People who knew him well could agree he was a big hearted man who loved to joke and have a good time.
Paul is survived by his daughters Kim Cox Hay and Callandra Kavros, his son Tony Hay, brother Anthony Kavros, grandson Wyatt M. Wells, nephew Nickolas Burke-Kavros, niece Maryellyn Burke-Kavros. He is preceded in death by both of his parents and grandmother Carrie Smith White.
Paul's wishes were to be cremated and a graveside gathering will be held in his honor on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at the Salt Lake City Cemetery, 4th avenue and "N" Street, Salt Lake City, Utah.
