LaRue Johnson Davis

1930 ~ 2015

Hello, my name is LaRue Johnson Davis. I was born April 10, 1930 to my proud parents Reuben G. and Jessie A. Johnson on Crystal Ave. in Salt Lake City, Utah.

I graduated from Granite High School in 1948 and later married Allen L. Davis in Las Vegas at the famous \"Little Church of the West\". Al and I had five children together: Colette, Scott, Miles, Trudy and Nicole (Jason). I have ten adoring grandchildren: Matt, MaCall, McCade, Aubrey, Ryan, Sawyer, Harrison, Hannah, Nicholas and Carissa. My children along with my grandchildren are the loves of my life. I devoted and dedicated my life to their happiness and cherish the joy and fulfillment they have given me. I would not change any of it for the world!

I loved rubber-stamping, sewing, shopping and traveling but most of all, I loved the moments I spent with my family and friends, especially in or around the holidays. Ultimately, being a Mother was who I really was and this ended up being the best career choice by far.

As I now lay here in eternal sleep, I want you all to know I am in a good place. I lived a good, clean life and was fortunate to do and see a lot of interesting things. I will see you all again someday and hope you too all live the lives you were born to live.

All my love, LaRue
