Belva passed away September 5, 2017. She was born February 21, 1932 in Salem Idaho to Albert LaRanne Withers and Ilma Olive Jensen Withers. She graduated from Murray High School. Belva married Bud Edmund Bills on October 25, 1951. She worked for the telephone company for 39 Ω years. Belva loved the outdoors, camping, traveling and working in the yard and having a beautiful garden.
She is survived by her sister DeeAnn Hone (Boyd), one sister-in-law, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband and one brother and sister-in-law. She will be missed by family and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 11, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery, 1950 East Dimple Dell Road (10600 South) in Sandy with a viewing on Sunday, September 10 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the mortuary.
