Our Jeremy passed away peacefully in his sleep in the early morning hours of Tuesday, March 13, 2018. He was born on July 28, 1987 to Kent and Doreen DeMill. He was a beautiful and happy child and grew into a brilliant and remarkable young man. He graduated from Jordan high School and received a degree in Communications and Economics from the University of Utah. Jeremy was an avid reader, always learning, always growing, always expanding his mind.
Jeremy idolized his dad, adored his mother and had unconditional love for his sister Krystal and his brother Andy.
Jeremy's heart was as big as the world. He loved his family. His favorite thing was being with them, playing games, watching sports, relaxing on the deck, enjoying the cabin-all things family. Jeremy was very attentive to his grandpa and grandma DeMill. He was always there for them; always willing, always loving. He had a special spot in his heart for his aunt April, his uncle Ron and his nephews. Jeremy had many friends and his easy-going manner and sense of humor made him likeable and fun to be with. He found his soulmate in Brooke Doyle who loved and treasured him.
Jeremy is survived by his parents Kent and Doreen "Dee" DeMill, his brother Andy, sister Krystal and special person in his life, Josh Walter. Also survived by his grandparents Mark and Carol DeMill, nephews Oakland and Madden and his aunts, uncles and cousins.
Jeremy is our light and he will shine in our minds and live in our hearts forever.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 East Dimple Dell Road (10600 South), Sandy, UT. A visitation will be held Wednesday afternoon from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. and from 12:30-1:30 prior to the services on Thursday. Jeremy never saw a tie he liked so casual attire is encouraged. For those of you who knew Jeremy well, you know basketball shorts, a T-shirt and flip flops are acceptable. "That's what I do, I drink, and I know things."
