Our loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend passed away on February 24, 2016 surrounded by her family and loved ones after enduring a lengthy and difficult illness. She faced each day with hope and an eternal positive attitude.
Kathleen was born on March 10, 1934 in Logan, Utah to Arthur J. and Esther K. Jessen Dent. She married Clarence L. Harmon on June 16, 1953 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Survived by her loving husband Clarence, children Ilene (George) Nelson, Kris Sorenson, Larry (Kathy) Harmon and Judy (Mark) Linton, 15 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and brother Arthur J. Dent. Preceded in death by her parents, sisters Ann Marsh and Marleen Larkin.
A visitation will be held Tuesday, March 1, 2016 from 6-8 pm at the Riverside 1st Ward, 5425 South Allendale Drive, Murray, Utah.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 East Dimple Dell Road (10600 South) in Sandy. A visitation will be held from 9:30-10:30 am prior to the services. Online condolences welcomed at www.larkincares.com.
