Marilyn Christensen Adams

1934 ~ 2018

From honored faithful parents of Ralph and Evah Christensen, who received their first child, a beautiful Daughter, who would become a most virtuous Sister, Companion, Mother, Grand Mother, and Great Grandmother.

Our Mother continues to be that faithful and true compass for us to follow. Through life's many trials, never did our Mother vary from the teachings of the gospel of Jesus Christ or her testimony of Jesus Christ.

Mother valued her membership within The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as a Daughter of God and desired that each of us, her children, to obtain for ourselves that same strong testimony she acquired for ourselves.

Mother always bore a strong testimony of the Savior, to live a virtuous life by keeping the commandments of the Lord to the fullest. Pray always with a pure heart and intent to always stand in holy places at all times.

These traits she learned from her parents, our Grand Parents.

Mother served in several church callings. Marilyn served with her Husband John in the South Jordan River Temple for over 13 years. She loved the Jordan River Temple for that is where she was married to her love John Dean Adams. Mother also served in her last calling as one of the Gospel Doctrine Teachers in her Ward. She was just as dutiful in this calling as she has been in all of her church callings in life, even the calling of being our most beloved Mother here on earth.
