Harry William Meadows, loving husband, father, grandfather and friend departed this life on August 15, 2015. He was born March 19, 1935 to Charles Ambrose and Sarah Leone Florence Meadows. Married Janice Louise Pinborough on October 14, 1961 in Salt Lake City.
He was a member of the LDS Church, served in the United States Air Force, worked for Walker Bank which became First Interstate Bank for many, many years.
He loved bowling, camping, fishing, hunting and spending time chasing after his grandchildren and keeping up with all of their various activities. Any chance he got he would head for home in the Book Cliffs where he grew up, he loved to spend time there with his family. He also enjoyed spending time with his family at their cabin in Fruitland.
Survived by his daughters; Kay Irene Wise of WVC, Suzanne (Charles) Gillett of Oakley, UT, Kimberly Greenhalgh of Bountiful, UT and Michelle Finley of Farmington, UT, nine grandchildren and one great grandchild and one great, great grandchild.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 22nd, 2015 at 12noon at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, SLC Utah. Viewings will be held on Friday, August 21st, 2015 from 6-8pm, and Saturday from 10:30 ‚ 11:45am, also at Larkin Mortuary. Interment at Wasatch Lawns Memorial Park.
