Lorraine B Davis passed away, Thursday, March 17, 2016 at her home in Syracuse, Utah with her family by her side. She was born October 21, 1929 the daughter of Eugene Edward Brady and Francis Chicoine Brady. She attended school at St. Mary's of the Wasatch and continued her education in Secretarial Trades.
She married Marvin D Davis in Salt Lake City, Utah on June 16, 1956. After raising her family, she worked for the Jordan School District as a Test Reviewer.
Lorraine enjoyed both viewing art and creating it through painting or drawing. She loved reading and being in nature. She was active in classes at the Sandy Senior Citizens Center.
She took great joy in spending time with her family.
She is survived by her sons; Dan (Sandra) Davis and Roy Davis. Five grandchildren; Jessica (Jolon) Keeler, Katie (Jamison) Roth, Marcus Davis, Aaron Davis and Westley Davis. Two great grandchildren; Chase and Edward.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her step-mother Virginia Brady and her husband.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, March 19, 2016 at the Evergreen Cemetery in Springville, Utah (1997 S. 400 E. , Springville, Utah) at 12:00 Noon. The family will meet with friends prior to services at Larkin Mortuary (260 E. South Temple, Salt Lake City, UT) from 9:30 to 10:30 AM.
Lorraine will be greatly missed by her family and her many wonderful friends.
