Our beloved father, grandfather, and friend, Jerry, departed to Heaven on April 19, 2018. He is survived by his four boys, Matt, Mike (Stephanie), Ben, Tom (Amanda); and grandkids Bodey, Bree, Sophie, and Bronson. Jerry has been through a lot in his life and will be met in heaven by his wife, mom, dad, brothers, and sister. He always said, "I would never trade my problems with anybody else".
Graveside services will be held at 1:00pm on Monday, April 23, 2018 at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 East Dimple Dell Road (10600 South) in Sandy. A viewing will be held on Sunday evening from 6-8pm and Monday from 11:30am to 12:30pm prior to the services.
