    • Ronald passed away on May 5, 2020 in Lehi, Utah. He was born on February 15, 1932 in Bingham Canyon, Utah to Robert Burke and Alice Adelia Tierney.

    Ron served honorably in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He retired from Kennecott Copper after 36 years.
    He is survived by his wife Rose, children; Kim Gundry (Don), Mike Burke, and Patrick Burke, Grandchildren; Ben Gundry (Rochelle), Sarah Waters (Dan), Steven Burke (Amie), Keyli Burke and special great grandchildren Kasen, Grady, Cole, Everly, Oaklie, Bailey, and Lucy.

    Interment Services with Navy Honors will be on Friday, August 21, 2020, 11:00 am at the Utah Veterans Memorial Park Cemetery, 17111 South, 1700 West, Bluffdale, Utah.

    I am so sorry you have lost Ronny & at such a difficult time with the isolation of the world pandemic.
    I wish that I could have come to give you each a big hug. I have such sweet memories of growing up on
    Poppy Lane. Our neighbors were family to us! I always remember Ronny with a smile on his face and
    a chuckle. I can remember when you Rose tended us. I remember playing G.I. Joes with Mike! Lots of happy
    memories. And Kim helping me to get a job @ Sears Financial Center @ Fashion Place. I hope you and all your family are well. I pray that you will have peace and comfort in the coming days and weeks. It's so hard to lose your husband, dad, grandpa and great grandpa!
