Fred Charles Kinkead, 82, passed away November 23, 2017 in Riverton, Utah. He was born March 12, 1935 in Fort Blackmore, Virginia to Bruce Kinkead and Mima Starnes.
Fred was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He served as the Branch President in Corbin Kentucky from 1960 to 1962. Fred loved spending time with his grandchildren. He was interested in planes and old cars and enjoyed civil war re-enactments.
Fred is survived by his ex-wife Sue Kinkead, their four children; Lydia, John, Tara and Jana, his step children; Michelle, April, Roseanne, John and Renee, 11 grandchildren; Dani, Allie, Wesley, Bella, Julian, Lily, Kaelan, Piper, Dillon, Gabby and Isaiah and 1 great granddaughter Petal. He was preceded in death by his wife Kathy Kinkead, parents, Bruce and Mima Kinkead and his brothers, Ted Kinkead and Bill Kinkead.
A celebration of life gathering will be held on Thursday, November 30, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Larkin Mortuary - Riverton, 3688 West 12600 South.
