Our kind, sweet, funny, special, friendly, happy, helpful, tender hearted, spiritual, loving, Kaiden Jo Cherrington, was welcomed home with open arms by her Heavenly Father and her grandmother on October 2, 2018, after a tragic accident. She is loved by numerous friends and family. She loved spending time with her family and her friends. She was a second mom to her baby Sister Mattie. She is a true-blue Cougar fan. She loved to sing and dance and entertain. She loved being with her sisters.
She leaves behind a broken hearted but extremely grateful immediate family, Dad (Matt), Mom (Kathie), Sisters; Harlie, Austyn, Zoey, and Mattie. She also has grandparents, uncles and aunts, and numerous cousins and friends. She is preceded in death by her Grandmother (Jo Smart), Uncle Wade Cherrington, and great grandparents.
Her Mom and Dad would like to especially thank The Unified Police Department, the Unified Fire Department, the EMT's, the Life Flight crew and the countless doctors and nurses who helped her. We would also like to say a special thank you to her Uncle Kyle Cherrington for all he did from the across the ocean, the ME's office, and the wonderful people at Larkin Mortuary for all they have done to take care of our sweet girl. Please remember her by her favorite scripture, D/C 6:34 "Fear Not, Do Good."
Funeral Services will be held Monday, October 8, 2018 at Riverton Ward House, 12070 South Laurel Chase Dr., Riverton at 11:00 a.m. A viewing will be held Sunday, Monday, October 7, 2018 from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Riverton Ward House and from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. before the funeral service. Graveside services will follow at the Redwood Memorial Estates. In Lieu of Flowers, please donate to the GoFundMe account set up in their honor.
