Pearl Jennie Raty

1929 ~ 2019

We lost our Mother Pearl Raty on Wednesday April 3, 2019, suddenly with no warning. She was the glue that bound our family together. She raised my brother, sisters and I to be kind, honest, hard working, people. She taught us to care for others while maintaining our own self-value. She was directly responsible for setting at least my brother and I on our course forward through life and kept all of us afloat at one time or another. She instilled in us a sense of curiosity, wonder and a desire to experience the world and travel. The best mom a person could hope for.

She was an early flight attendant, an artist, educator (20 plus years at juvenile detention) a counselor and mentor to many, till the end.

You are missed already; your life, lessons and love will go on forever.

Love you Mom.
