Robert "Bob" Conrad Ellis, 78, died peacefully at home Feb 11, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. Bob was born in Salt Lake City, UT on September 11, 1939 to Raymond Jonathon Ellis and Nellie Fredericksen. Bob served in the United States Army honorably discharged in 1964.
Bob married the love of his life, Gwenn Day.
Bob was a Grocery store manager for most of his career and loved interacting with his customers. He enjoyed camping, fishing and woodworking. He was an excellent cook and loved family get-togethers where he would show off his culinary expertise. Bob was a kind, loving man with a wonderful sense of humor.
Survived by his wife, Gwenn, children, Raymond (Marcella), Wendy, Gary and Danny, grandchildren, Robert, Steven, Parker, Preston and Jennifer, sister, Janice Golding and many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his parents, sisters, June Tidwell-Waylett and Phyllis Bredthauer-Simpson and brothers, Jay Call and Dean Ellis.
The family would like to thank all family and friends for their love and support during this most difficult time.
