Mom passed away on May 2, 2014 at the age of 85 due to complications from a stroke. She was born April 4, 1929 in Heber City to Earl Thomas Harper and LaVaun Epperson Enger. Mom spent part of her childhood in Park City before permanently moving to Salt Lake City. She loved listening to Patsy Cline and Elvis and was fortunate enough to see the King himself perform in Las Vegas in1969. Survived by her brother Jim (Barbara) Harper, step-sister Edith Sheldon, two daughters, Sharon Dent and Bonnie (Mike)Northrup,five grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Proceded in death by her parents, brotherRexand grandson Todd.
Following mom\s wishes, she was cremated and was interred at the Salt Lake City Cemetery. Under the direction of Larkin Mortuary, a memorial graveside service will be held Wednesday May 14, 2014 at 11:00 at Salt Lake City Cemetery, 380 N. 1100-1150 E., Salt Lake City, UT.
