Elma Brown Odegard, 93, Born July 4th 1922 passed away March 6th 2016. Beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Great Great Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and friend.
Attended West High School and joined the Army where she enjoyed working for the \"Army Air Force Exchange Service.\" She had a passion working with \"The Daughters of the Utah Pioneers\", traveling the nation speaking to 1000\s on their behalf. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. The Daughter of the late Anna Roine Farnsworth Brown. The 6th born out of 7 girls. Beloved wife to Willard G Odegard who preceded her in death after 52 years of marriage. A Beloved Mother to her 5 children Anna Roine, Ronald (Jackie), Ella Mae (Deceased), Jens (Deceased), Shelly (Robert). And her 9 Grandchildren, 17 Great Grandchildren, 3 Great Great Grandchildren, whom she loved dearly.
A viewing will be held Friday March 11, 2016 from 7 to 9 that evening at Larkin Mortuary 260 E. South Temple. Church services will be held Saturday March 12, 2016 at 12 Noon where you can meet with the family prior to services from 10:45 to 11:45. Foothill Stake Center 1930 S. 2100 E. SLC. Ut.
