Ellen Rozella Knapp Madaus, 94, of Santa Monica, CA passed away on 12-19-2013.
She was born on 7-4-1919 in Salt Lake City, UT to Herman and Martha Snavely. Ellen was married to Maurice E. Knapp, who preceded her in death.
She is survived by her sister Mary \"Beryl\" Nixon (Jim) of Corona, CA, and children Frederick Knapp of Bullhead City, AZ and Ellen Hiura (Howard) of Santa Monica, CA. She is also survived by two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Ellen was laid to rest at Mt. Olivet Cemetery on Saturday following a family service at Larkin Mortuary.
