Kim Ann (Robinson) Blanton, 59, passed away on October 17, 2017 in Salt Lake City Utah. She was born May 15, 1958 in Provo Utah to E. Allyn and Karen (Barnett) Robinson. Kim went to School in Provo and St. Joseph Missouri. She was a graduate of Lafayette High School in St. Joseph Missouri.
Kim married Richard L. Blanton in Salt Lake City and returned to Missouri to live.
After they returned to Salt Lake City she worked for Sears service center, First Security Bank, and worked in the Trust Department. She continued her education in banking after First Security closed. She went to work for American stores. She worked for Rich Man Poor Man and Atlas Electric.
Kim had many health issues and fought a valiant battle to live. She was able to overcome issues until this last year. Kim passed away at St. Marks Hospital.
Kim loved her many friends and family. She loved her brother and her niece Allyson, nephew Kayden and Snickers. Kim loved Rick and he will miss her as we all will.

Kim is survived by her husband, parents, brother Scott Robinson, niece Allyson Robinson, nephew Kayden, and 3 sisters-in-law; Peggy, Patty and April. She is preceded in death by her grandparents.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 26, 2017 at Larkin Sunset Lawn, 2350 East 1300 South in Salt Lake City. Friends may call Thursday from 1:30 to 2:00 p.m. prior to the celebration of life. Come casual if you'd like.
