Reva Poulton Jensen

1930 ~ 2018

She's home. Reva Bond Poulton Jensen, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, returned to her Father in Heaven and rejoined her eternal companion on Sunday,

February 11, 2018.

Reva was born on November 7, 1930 in Salt Lake City to Willard Ralph and Charlottie Ann Bond Poulton ‚ the youngest of 8 children. She married Verl Duane Jensen at her parent's home in urray on November 18, 1949, and sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on May 9, 1952. They had 5 children, 15 grandchildren and, at the time of her passing, 9 great-grandchildren with one more on the way in March.

Reva grew up in the Murray area and graduated from Granite High School. Verl and Reva raised their family in Murray and the Holladay area. She was a devoted wife and mother and her family was the focus and joy of her life. Reva was a life-long active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

She is survived by her children: Janice Marie Kerby (Steven-deceased), Randie Lee Owen (Charles-deceased), Vickie Lin Cosman (Michael), Jeffery Lane Jensen (Renée), Roger Duane Jensen (Donna), 13 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Verl (July 4, 2008); her parents; all of her brothers and sisters: Lola Minerva Anderson, Norma Bond Hansen, Lamar Bond Poulton, Clein Willard Poulton, Faye Bond Wilgar, Cuma Bond Connell, and Bert Bond Poulton; and two grandchildren, Kayleen Owen and Daniel Taylor Jensen.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary, 1950 East Dimple Dell Road (10600 S.) in Sandy. Friends and family may call from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Friday, February 16th, and from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM prior to services at the same location. Interment will be at Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery.
