Our wonderful loving Mom passed away on April 13, 2014 with family present. Mom was born March 15, 1920 in Riley, Kansas to Frank and Iona Hassebroek Dallinga. Married Irvin D.Hirsch June 25, 1938. He died July 11, 2000. Mom was a member and past president of Eagles Auxiliary # 1760. Loving mother of Pat (Sherm) Miller and son Frank. Sister, Frances (Jesse) Smith, Lola Heller and brother, Bernard (Jean) Dallinga. And many nephews and nieces. Granddaughters, Susan (Kent), Brenda (Todd), Mindee (Charlie) , Jamie (Jay). Grandson, Tom, Cody (Lori). Five great-grandson Tanner, Keith, Chandler, Casey, Gage. Three great-granddaughters, Ashlee, Kaitlyn, Angelle. Step grandkids Cody, Kershell, Jenny, Julie, Danielle and 9 great-great grandkids.
Preceeded in death by husband, parents, brother-in-laws, Otto Heller, Lester, Earl, and Otis Hirsch, Glenn O'Neill. Niece Janie Heller, Nephew Larry Smith. Sister-in-laws Mildred O'Neill, Marjorie Cour. Mom worked for the credit bureau and remained friends with many co-workers. They enjoyed lunches and trips to Wendover. Mom we will miss you very much. Thanks for all our memories and your guidance thru the years. You were always there for us. This is the way you were, everyone needs came before yours. Mom we LOVE you and you will always be in our hearts. Tell Dad "hi" for us. The family would like to thank Kent and Susan for opening their home to Mom, being loving and tender caregivers for the last 7 years. Mom enjoyed living there and doing things with you two. Thank you for all that you have done for her.
Friends and family are invited to attend a funeral service on Friday, April 18, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 East 10600 South with a viewing one hour prior.
