William Riley Higginson passed from this life February 4, 2016. Bill was born March 2, 1977, in Price, Utah to Tommy Lee and Margaret Gallegos Higginson. He graduated from West High School and attended the University of Utah, where he studied mechanical engineering. He married Kimberly Price May 1, 1999.
Bill was known for his generous spirit and a willingness to go out of his way to offer assistance to anyone in need. He frequently volunteered to help friends and family with household projects, fixing cars, or simply picking up the check after dinner. Bill thoroughly enjoyed his hobbies and was an incredibly talented photographer whose favorite subjects included cars, southern Utah, and the night sky. He had many friends in the Salt Lake Subaru community, who were like family to him. He and his survivors appreciate the support he received from that community.
Bill is survived by Kimberly; his mother, Maggie; his brother, Samuel (Amy), and their son, as well as eight nephews and nieces from Kimberly's family. Preceded in death by his father, Tommy.
A viewing will be held Saturday, February 13th at 10:00am, followed by a memorial service at 12:00. Services will be held at Larkin Mortuary, 260 E. South Temple.
