Perry was born on March 19, 1962 in LaPlata County, Durango, Colorado. He had been a resident of Portland, Oregon for the last 25 years. He returned to his Heavenly Father on August 24, 2015. He is now at peace and no longer in pain.
He is survived by his mother, Claudia Marie Jansen, daughter Valerie Lynn Jansen, granddaughter Amaya Lee Medina, brother Paul M. (Kandie) Jaramillo, nieces Kinsie Renee Jaramillo and Kamie Rylee Jaramillo, brother Thomas Max Jaramillo, sister Valarie Marie Cassity, nephews Thomas Max Jaramillo Jr., Arlando Elifar Jaramillo and Isiah Joshua Jaramillo and niece Jenna Reenae Jaramillo. Preceded in death by his brother David M. Jaramillo, deceased May 1985, step-father Ronald Lee Jansen, deceased May 26, 2009 and his father Isaac Max Jaramillo, deceased August 26, 2014.
Perry was loved by many and all. He had a pure heart. Perry had a forgiving spirit and shared his love and compassion to those around him. He was very talented and found peace and exhibited passion in his art. God blessed him with this natural ability so that it could comfort the lives of those who needed it the most. We will cherish all the memories he has left with us. He will be missed by his family.
Perry will remain in our hearts and will never be forgotten. We will be waiting for the day when we will meet together again.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary, 1950 East Dimple Dell Road (10600 South), Sandy, Utah. A private interment will follow the visitation.
