Our dear mother passed away on Oct. 28, 2013 in South Jordan, UT. She was born on April 13, 1929 in Salt Lake City to Margaret Kiepe and Joseph Smith. She graduated from South High School and later married Wilford Lord Timothy in the Salt Lake Temple. He preceded her in death. She later married Ernest Cullen McGarry. He also preceded her in death.
She loved to work in her garden, loved her neighbors and her family and she loved to laugh. She golfed and loved the Jazz. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her children, Susan (Ken) Adams, Greg (Denise) Timothy and Tom (Sharrene) Timothy; also by 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; sisters, Loraine Poulson, Dorothy Phillips, and JoAnn Vincent. Preceded by a daughter, Sandra and son-in law Michael Daw, and a sister, Leone Long.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Nov. 2, 2013 at 11am in the Larkin Sunset Gardens Chapel, 10600 S. 1950 East, Sandy, UT with a viewing one hour prior. Interment will be in the Murray City Cemetery. Online condolences at www.larkincares.com
