David passed away on September 17, 2014. He was born on June 15, 1944 to Horace H. and Iona Carlston Wells.
He graduated from East High School and entered the U.S. Army, serving in Korea and Vietnam and National Guard, retiring after 22 years of service.
He is survived by his sisters Nellie, Jean (Ron) and by numerous nieces and nephews and friends. Preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts and a brother in law.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. September 23rd, 2014 at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, 3401 Highland Drive, Salt Lake City.
