Ronald Drage Reynolds

1947 ~ 2018

Ronald Drage Reynolds, age 70 passed away suddenly August 18, 2018 with a fishing pole in the water at Strawberry Reservoir and surrounded by his loved ones.

He was born September 19, 1947 to Leonard LaDell and Vivian Drage Reynolds in Murray, Utah. Ron and Sharon were married in the Salt Lake Temple September 4, 1970 and they never missed celebrating an anniversary together.

Ron loved everything outdoors from fishing to hunting to boating . The mountains were his favorite place to be with his wife, family and loved ones. Anyone camping with Ron looked forward to Ron's turkey in the ground and Sharon's peach cobbler. Ron was your man for every tool, gadget and accessory available. Chrome was his favorite color.

Ron was a Sandy City Fireman for 31 years, serving his family, friends and community. Recently he shared with his family how fulfilling it was to be able to help people in their time of need and how much he loved being able to help them solve their problems. That desire to help others stayed with him through his whole life. The love he had for his wife, children and grandchildren was apparent to anyone who ever met Ron. He dearly loved and missed his sweet wife and it isn't a surprise to anyone who knew Ron and Sharon that their time apart was short.

They just couldn't stand to be away from each other!

Survived by children Scott and Mindy Reynolds, Teasha and Owen Mullaly, Natalee and Shane Welch, Heather and Ryan Brooksby, 16 grandchildren 4 great grandchildren and 1 sibling.

Preceded in death by his beloved parents, wife Sharon and son Jeremiah.

Visitation will be held Thursday August 23, 2018 at Larkin Sunset Gardens from 6pm to 8pm ‚ 1950 E Dimple Dell Rd.

Services will be held Friday August 24, 2018 with visitation at 9:30-10:30 am. Funeral services 11am Draper Corner Canyon LDS Chapel- 13350 S 1750 E (Cross streets Bechers Brook Way, Aintree Ave)

Interment at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park ‚ 3401 S Highland Dr.
