La von Roberts Lepore was born November 30th, 1944 and returned to her father in heaven on Friday, June 24th, 2016. La von was an amazing, loving woman who had a generous heart and was always willing to help others. She will be truly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her sister, Nellie R Harrison, and brother Melvin Junior Roberts (Lorraine), and many of her family members from both the Roberts' and Lepore's. She is preceded in death by her parents, Melvin Henry Roberts and Elmira Aurelia (Allred) Roberts, her husband James (Jim) Lepore, her siblings Ioan Roberts, Donna Rae Roberts, Patsy Mellene Roberts, Jenice Thomas, Burnett Roberts, Iris Campbell and Alla May Bryant.
There will be a viewing at Larkin Mortuary, 260 E. South Temple, Salt Lake City, Thursday, June 30th from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Funeral services will be held Friday, July 1st at 11:30 am located at the LDS Ward Chapel, 1148 West 500 North, Salt Lake City. There will be a viewing at 10:30 am prior to the funeral services. Interment at Cedarview Cemetery, Roosevelt, Utah, Saturday, July 2nd at 11:00 am.
