Our sweet mother, grandmother and wife passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on August 9, 2013.
Born on May 22, 1939 in Clifton, ID to Claude and Marjorie (Phillips) Howell. She married her sweetheart, Bart Paskins, on March 24, 1961. Later in life, she received her temple endowment. She went back to school at age 44 to follow her dream of being a hair dresser. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. She loved shopping with her grandchildren and always spoiled them with her generosity.
She leaves behind her loving husband, Bart Paskins, her daughters, Sheri Paskins (Michael), Heidi Bean (Troy) and her grandchildren, Chelsea Pitkin, Gerrett Pitkin, Tessa Scheuer, Caitlin Scheuer and Preston Johnson. Also by a sister, Maureen Hollingsworth and brothers, Kent Howell (Judy) and Randy Howell. She was preceded in death by her parents and her mother and father-in-law.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon on Thursday, August 15, 2013 at the Sego Lily Ward, 9800 South Flint Drive (1050 East), Sandy, Utah. Friends may call at the church from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday evening and 10:30 ‚ 11:45 a.m. prior to the funeral services. Interment: Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 East. 10600 South, Sandy, UT.
