Ronald Richard Stuart

1935 ~ 2016

Beloved Father, grandfather, and great grandfather Ronald Richard Stuart went to join his Lord in Heaven November, 18, 2016 in his home in Layton, Utah surrounded by his family.

Born August,28, 1935 in Los Angeles CA. Raised by Bill and Savila Ashwell in Salt Lake City, Utah. It was in Utah that he attended college, Graduating from the University of Utah with a degree in Chemical Engineering. Not long after he met Sharon Ann Frank who became his beloved wife. Their marriage was filled with a bounty of love for each other, their children, many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Ronald was preceded in death by his wife of over 50 years Sharon Stuart, his eldest son Michael Ronald Stuart, and his aunt and uncle Bill and Savila Ashwell.

Ronald always had a love for adventure and his Country which prompted him to join the US Army serving as a Medic after the Korean War. A proud member of the American Legion and a Patriot through and through. Anyone who got the pleasure of knowing Ronald knew he was happiest fishing. His love for fishing prompted many camping trips with his family, his favorite spot being the Oregon coast. He instilled a love of the outdoors in his children, grandchildren and their children.

Ronald is survived by his sons; Darren, Kevin, and Patrick, and daughter Anne Marie, Grandchildren; Tara, Savon, Danielle, Shelby, Sean, Tony, Lace, and Harley and his Great grandchildren; Brady, Carson, Jordan, Tayden, Rylan, Audrina, London, and Brooklyn.

Ronald's wishes were to express his most sincere gratitude to Kaitlin and Anna Marie at IHC Hospice. In lieu of flowers Ronald requested that donations be made in his name to his favorite charity, Shriners Hospital.
