Colleen Clifford Wirth was born May 21, 1948 in Logan, Utah to Delbert Clifford and Eileen Hurst Clifford. She passed away peacefully to return to her Heavenly Father with family at her side July 21, 2015. She married Paul Denis Wirth in Logan, Utah, August 26, 1967. She struggled with various health issues for the past 8 years. A blood infection ended up causing her death. She was a member of the LDS church and held various callings throughout her life. She was an active member of the PTA at Peruvian Park Elementary where her children attended. She was PTA President and Vice President along with always being a room mother. She loved throwing parties, cooking, baking, sewing and decorating for the holidays. She also loved spending time with her grand kids and doing special things for them. Going on picnics in the canyon, USU Aggies football games and watching the Jazz play were things she enjoyed. She was a breast cancer survivor.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Delbert and Eileen Clifford, Logan, UT. She is survived by her husband, Paul Wirth, Eagle Mountain, UT; Children, Jill (Adrian) Ruf, Bluffdale, UT, Jonathan (Misty) Wirth, Draper, UT; Grandchildren, Patrick, Alexander, Abigail and Christian; Siblings, Sheila (Ronald) Archibald, Smithfield, UT, Julie (Jess) Jesmer, Supply, NC, Eileen Tidwell, Herriman, UT, Rick Clifford, Logan, UT; and several nieces and nephews. Her family is thankful for the doctors and health professionals who helped with improving her quality of life over the last years.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 E Dimple Dell Rd (10600 S), with viewings Monday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 9:30-10:30 am. Interment at Logan City Cemetery at 2:00 p.m., southeast side of cemetery.
